Located on the Spier Wine Estate in Stellenbosch, delegates will experience a truly unique modern sophisticated African evening at the Moyo Restaurant. Coal fire will abound with the best seafood to a wide range of meats being cooked the traditional South African way, plus “potjiekos” and other delicacies.

There will be a selection of 3 different tours for you to choose from. Each tour can allow for 48 persons and will be dealt with on a first come first serve basis. All tours will end off at Fairview Wine Estate for lunch.
Owner and cellar master Johan Malan will take the group on an informative cellar tour and illustrate the art of sabrage followed by a wine tasting of Simonsig Wines (Simonsig is also a founder member of the Stellenbosch Wine Routes)
Home of Pinotage. Owner Johann Krige will present a vertical tasting of their award winning pinotages.
The Farm owned by Lady May de Lencquesaing’s not only produces award winning wines but is also the home of a spectacular glass collection showcasing the history of glass. The visit will include a wine tasting cellar and glass collection tour.

Wine tasting in the cellar lead by winemaker Wynand Lategan. During the visit Lanzerac Wine Estate will also offer a historic tour of the Estate. Lanzerac is regarded as South Africa’s birthplce of Pinotage, with a rich heritage dating back to 1692.
