Here is what we received from ACE Hotel
While we are unable to set aside rooms in a block for your
conference attendees, we do still have availability the weekend of 08/14 –
08/17. Your guests can make reservations by calling our front desk at 503
228 2277 and I would recommend that they make reservations as soon as possible,
as we will be full that weekend. Also, you might want to inform everyone
that we have a 3 minimum night stay restriction that weekend, so reservations
that do not meet the minimum night stay requirement will not made. (But
if everyone is coming for all 3 nights of 08/14 – 08/17, they should be fine.)
We have several different room and rate types, which are as follows:
Standard: Rooms with a single queen bed and a private bath with
either a stand-up shower or a claw foot tub. Front rooms offer a view of
the Pearl District. Approximately 250 square feet.
18” flat screen TV. $140.00 + 12.5% lodging tax.
Double: Rooms with two full-sized beds and a private bath with
either a stand-up shower. Approximately 250 square
feet. 18” flat screen TV. $140.00 + 12.5%
lodging tax.
Junior Deluxe: Rooms with a single queen bed and a private bath
with either a stand-up shower stall or claw foot tub. Choose from a room
with a corner view or a couch. Unique design and
architectural features. Approximately 300 – 350
square feet. 18” flat screen TV and record
player in some rooms. $175.00 + 12.5% lodging
tax.
Superior Deluxe Front, Back and Corner: Rooms with a single king
or queen bed, wrap around couch that converts into 2 twin beds and oversized
work station. Private bath with either a stand up
shower or claw foot tub. Approximately 500
square feet. 32” flat screen TV and record
player in room. $210.00 - $250.00 + 12.5%
lodging tax.
Basic Shared Single and Triple: Rooms with either a single queen
bed or three twin beds and a European-style, single-occupancy shared bathroom,
located in the hallway. Bathrooms are typically shared between one or two
other rooms. Approximately 200 square feet.
18” flat screen TV. $95.00 + 12.5% lodging tax.
